Non-Food Vendor Information

Vendor spaces are 12×12 and located on Main Street in Historic Downtown.  The race track starting line is the intersection of 3rd & Main.  Vendor spaces are located on Main street between second and forth streets.

 

Vendor spaces are limited. Complete the online INTEREST form below as soon as possible.  You will be contacted within a few weeks of completing the form.

If you are accepted:

Vendor Fee: $75 – payment due immediately upon acceptance.  Your space is not reserved until payment is submitted.

Please note that vendors MAY but do not have to participate during all of the event hours.

Event Hours:

Friday 5pm – 1:00am     Parade, Show-n-Shine, Racing under the lights!

Saturday 10am – 11:30pm  Racing All Day & Night, Evening Street Dance

Sunday 12noon – 4:00pm    Racing Finals

Saturday is mandatory for registered vendors.  Friday and Sunday are optional but preferred. We had a great crowd on both Friday and Sunday!!

FRIDAY We race in the evening “under the lights” Friday night.  Electricity is not available.   If you have the means to have light in your booth, you are welcomed to stay open!

SATURDAY
Exhibitors may NOT tear-down until 6:00 pm on Saturday but are invited to stay set-up later for the night racing and the street dance. Electricity is not available.   If you have the means to have light in your booth, you are welcomed to stay.

SUNDAY
THe Final Racing for all divisions take place on Sunday. This is the day of the FASTEST RACES!!

Food Vendor Information

Food Vendor spaces are VERY limited. Complete the form below as soon as possible.  You will only be contacted if there is an appropriate open slot.

Vendor Fee: $125 – payment due immediately upon acceptance.  Your space is not reserved until payment is submitted.  We always have a waiting list for food vendor spots.

We CANNOT GUARANTEE Electricity and therefore you MUST be self contained and only operating with a smaller quieter generator.
There is a POSSIBILITY that we may be able to provide One 110 volt 20 amp electrical outlet per food vendor.
Here’s the deal: Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Unfortunately, that’s just how it is. So please come prepared to go without electricity if need be.

Event Hours: Friday 6pm – 11:30pm, Saturday 10am – 11:30pm, Sunday 12noon – 4:00pm.
